@BEACON27 If you are not a sky Broadband Customer you have to set the sky Q up on a third party network connection!

Im having to do this 'reset' 4 or 5 times a day. Often in the middle of watching something

One thing you can try is splitting the 2.4 and 5GHz channels on your router, through its web admin interface, to 2 differently named SSIDs then only connect the Q to the 2.4 network as it can only use that. Might work. Maybe.
Q is terrible with 3rd party wifi.
