Network connectivity issues with Mini boxes

Anyone else had issues since Sunday evening? I've rebooted my main box, rebooted the broadband router and managed to get the main box back online last night but neither of the mini boxes. This morning the main box has lost network connection again. 
Before I start contacting Sky, is anyone else having the same issues? If it's widespread I'll wait til they sort it, if not, I'll raise a fault report. TIA

Yes, same issue for me. I did put a post on the forum regarding the main box telling me that I was losing internet connection between that and the router (connected via WiFi).

 

The connected mini boxes then lose connection and we're switching the main box and router off constantly to regain a connection.

 

Sky contacted me via an online message to say there has been an issue with SkyQ but it is fixed and if I'm having trouble to turn everything off for 5 mins to reboot it all.

 

Hasn't worked, still the same problems

Still having issues since the Q box arrived with the main sky box now losing connection all the time

I had an online chat with Sky who were very helpful in trying to sort this issue for me by reconnecting in various ways but nothing really worked.

 

I decided to connect the main Q box to my Sky router by Ethernet cable instead of Wi-Fi and over the last 36hrs it hasn't lost connection so I'm hopeful that it might be the answer in keeping the main box connected and therefore the mini boxes can still connect to it over Wi-Fi 🤞

That's about the only long term solution

 

Worth disabling 2.4GHz wifi on the Q box if you do that. Otherwise it sometimes re-animates the wifi connection.

Would that still allow the mini boxes to connect over Wi-Fi?

Yeah they use 5GHz
