Network Connectivity
I have my main sky q box in the lounge connected via ethernet to my router and this is working fine, however I do not have structured cabling through out the home and so rely on wifi to connect the other sky q mini in the bedrooms.
Both connect fine when both use wifi but the main sky box keeps losing the wifi connection (issue with box not wifi) so I changed it to use Ethernet and since doing so I cannot get the box in the bedroom to connect to the one in the lounge.
Can you not run the main box on Ethernet and then have a mini connect to it using Wifi?

Hmm, in theory that should work. Did you redo a network reset on the mini and hit the wps button on the Q?
in reality it will fall over all the time and you are better off using a powerline to get the mini connected to the router so you can disable wifi on the boxes.
