So I've got Netflix with shy, can watch on my tv, yet can't seem to on iPad, wants me to pay!, I've signed in but doesn't seem to recognise my email 🤷♀️

You need to use the exact same login details as you use for Netflix on your Q box @Michelle1962 .
You can use your Sky Netflix on any device that has the Netflix App.

Have you set a password for that account on netflix.com?

Hi I've tried email & password, says it doesn't recognise email address! I've signed out of my old account as had to set another new email address for sky
