Netflix

So I've got Netflix with shy, can watch on my tv, yet can't seem to on iPad, wants me to pay!, I've signed in but doesn't seem to recognise my email 🤷‍♀️

You need to use the exact same login details as you use for Netflix on your Q box @Michelle1962 . 
You can use your Sky Netflix on any device that has the Netflix App.

Have you set a password for that account on netflix.com?

Hi I've tried email & password, says it doesn't recognise email address! I've signed out of my old account as had to set another new email address for sky

So on the Q app, on the "Get Help" screen, does that say the email address that you are trying to use on netflix.com?
