Netflix

I cancelled netflix yesterday but have still been charged? Has this happened to anyone else? I've given them 31 days notice aswell

Depending on your billing period @Tinkerbell26 

Payments will probably not cease until 31 days after cancelling

if you only cancelled yesterday and the next payment date was today then you gave them 1 days notice. What did you do 31 days ago?
