Did you have to create a password when you activated netflix (I think it uses your SkyID email address) on your Q?
I'm still using a. Netflix direct contract so never had to do that and Sky's help page doesn't explain the process, just says "follow the on-screen prompts"
I've seen another thread that says you have to sign in your SkyID password too but I can't see that working unless netflix is clever enough to recognise the email is a sky based account and hand off the authentication to Sky in the background (which is technically possible but the other apps on Q don't work like that)
