If you have the 'Ultimate TV' Sky subscription then signing into the Netflix app on a Sky Q box using existing Netflix credentials should generate an instruction to Netflix to shift billing to Sky.
If you don't have 'Ultimate TV' or you used a different login to sign into the app then that can't happen.
