Netflix

I cannot access my Netflix account which I have through sky package

Yes , someone hacked my account changed password. I've gone back through changed it but I'm completely locked out. Only allowing me to make a new account will billing but I'm already paying for Netflix through my sky package. Only way is removing Netflix off my package & reading it setting it up new from scratch. But by the time I got out through to the right department they shut at 8pm.
