Netflix

Before i renewed my package with SKY i had my Netflix standard account, which is 2 users paid through SKY, but have now noticed that my Netflix has been reduced to a basic package which is 1 user. I have checked online and the basic Netflix package is £4.99 and yet i am paying £7. When i renewed my SKY package i did not ask to downgrade my Netflix package

@TonyC3 when you renewed you package did you remove your HD subscription if so thats the answer as  with Netflix it depends on what packages you have with Sky, as to how many screens and what resolution you get Netflix in see below
