I got in touch this morning about not getting on to my Netflix.I was told the contract had ran out.He then set me up a new one.And informed me my payments.so what I do not understand is why when setting it up by the link I had to pay 15.99

hi @Jacqui27101

Do you have SKY Q or SKY Glass or SKY Stream ?

Did you pay through SKY ?

Who did you contact today - Netflix or SKY ?

When paying via SKY the contract doesn't usually run out - it continues until cancelled - although it is possible that a discount may end

If you 'got in touch' with Netflix directly then they would charge their full list price, which is currently £15.99 for 'Premium'

To get the cheaper rate for being billed through Sky you'd need to talk to Sky, not Netflix.
