Error DSU_508 in Netflix which is included on my sky subscription 

please help

Hi @Maria+Tamara Not knowing what "you have tried" Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot, then retry the app?

Hi there 

thanks for replying but I have tried everything you said already and not working 

don't know what to do 

children are off from school and at this time is when I need Netflix the most
