Sadly it looks like your account has been hacked (not uncommon) You'll need to contact Netflix directly to resolve it I'm afraid.

The code bit looks like whoever has taken over your account has added a pin for added security - ironic, I know!

I had the same problem, Go to netflix spanish on screen use google eye to translate and follow instructions enter your e-mail account and should be back in english.
