Netflix

Hi, I had an email yesterday to say my Netflix subscription had been upgraded, which I did not request. When I tried to access Netflix this evening, all my profiles have gone and have been replaced by Spanish profiles! How do I get back tomy original Netflix subscription and my own profiles please?

Hi @Meschers   It looks like your Netflix account has been hacked. I'm afraid that only Netflix can help you with that. This is very common and a quick Google should help you.
