Netflix

Hi. I've been with sky for a few weeks now,  I have Netflix via sky. However I'm still being charged by Netflix directly on top of my sky payment? Any device how I can sort this please?

You need to activate Netflix via Sky as per this:


https://www.sky.com/help/articles/apps-on-sky-q-and-glass-using-netflix


Doing so will tell Netflix that Sky will take over the billing.

Thanks o much for your reply, sadly I did this when I first installed my sky pucks (I only have pucks) and it did not work.
