Netflix

Hi I had a long conversation yesterday with you regarding Netflix.
I used to share a friends account but I am no longer in touch with them.
I understand I am entitled to Netflix through my Sky account.
I am unable to get Netflix through Sky as my friends account is still on my tv. I cannot delete it.
Your last colleague I spoke to said he would delete the friends Netflix so I could create an account for myself.
He said to try after 2 hours.
I have tried again today but my friends account is still there and won't allow me to delete.
Can you please help.

This is not Sky customers services - you are posting to other customers.

Only if you have Ultimate TV add on on your account?  Sky packages do not have NetFlix by default unless you have agreed a deal with it.

In the app.  Get help -> Sign Out

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
