We pay for a Netflix subscription in our package but we can't access it at the moment for some reason

It says that our household doesn't have access to the Netflix account - but we've used it countless times on our tv

Is that on the sky box?


And you didn't login to netflix on that box at any point with someone else's (e.g. a family member's) account back when Netflix tolerated that?

 

What happens if you try to log into it on a PC?
