Netflix

I called sky 11th November because I can't access my Netflix it is saying I am not part of the household it has an email address on it that's not mine it also says create another account but Netflix is part of my sky package I don't want to be paying for a separate Netflix account when it is part of my sky I have been unable to access Netflix for over a week now so I need something done now
