Trying to watch Netflix on main tv, whilst hubby watches Netflix in the bedroom. Message saying to many devices in use ??
I thought with homeshare you can watch on multiple devices as long as using same internet connection.
please help - very frustrated, never had this problem before

Assuming you subscribe through Sky
Sky Ultimate TV includes the Netflix Basic plan (1 screen + HD)
You can upgrade to Netflix Standard (2 screens + HD) by adding the HD pack On Sky Q.
You can upgrade to Netflix Premium (4 screens + UHD/HDR) by adding the Ultra HD pack (requires the HD pack first) on Sky Q.

@oldfella thankyou very much for confirming this for me. I don't suppose you know how much it is to upgrade?
I used to have a Netflix account but cancelled as we got it included with Sky.
kinda wishing I kept it now as we never had this problem before

The HD upgrade is currently £8 per month - this will give you two simultaneous screens.
You may be able to gegotiate a better price by ringing Sky directly.
