Would be grateful if anyone can confirm whether it's possible to upgrade Netflix without having to phone customer services. I called at the weekend to review options as our TV contract ends tomorrow, asking for none of our services to be removed, and discovered after the call that what the guy has actually done to save us money is put us on the cheapest Netflix package with ads. My husband is not happy! The app suggests you can upgrade on the Sky Q box by going to My Sky, but I can't find any option to actually change anything. Any ideas much appreciated!
