My Netflix account is Spanish. Can't access it at all as it's requiring a pin and my pin won't work

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI don't have Netflix but from a lot of previous posts on this subject I believe your Netflix account has been hacked. You'll have to call Netflix. If you use the search box at the top of this page and enter Netflix Spanish a few threads with the same issue will be displayed.
