My Netflix app doesn't have top 10 shows anymore for last few months . Also can't edit profiles my sky q software is up to date box has been rebooted and nothing has changed . The Netflix app seems to be out of date / needs updating but I can't find any solution. To this

Hi @M+jc
Just checked my Netflix on Q here.
There is no Top 10 shown on the Q Netflix.
Also the Get help and Exit Netflix has reverted to the bottom of the Home menu where they were on the lower Right hand side.
Reloading Netflix from the Q Netflix menu doesn't alter anything.
Just tried a Refresh Apps from the hidden menu. Will see if this changes anything..

No change with refresh Apps.
Looks like Netflix on Sky has different listings to Netflix on TV.

It's probably because they have downgraded us to a 6 year old version of Netflix.
They were probaby hoping it would fix the problems some people were having but that dosen't seemed to have worked, hopefully they can put us back on the most recent version again ASAP.

I'm having the exact same issue as this. My Netflix top 10 has disappeared from my main Sky Q box but is still there on my 3 mini boxes??

I have the exact same issue.
1) telephoned Netflix went through various updates and checks all good.
2) telephoned sky and went through various updates and checks all good.
Sky Q main box 8 years old and not HDR so engineer visit schedule and replacement main box
3) Engineer attends and replaces main box and viewing card. No change, main box appears to be an old version of Netflix with no top 10 all other devices including sky mini boxes has top 10
All very annoying!

I have the same issue too. No top 10 and unable to rate with double thumbs up anymore.
Refresh of apps did nothing either.
looks like the old version when I first got Netflix.

I have tha exact same problem. Sky need to take note and sort this has its very annoying 😡

It was there before, it's still on the mini boxes in our house it's just not on the main sky q box. It's also on the web version on. So they need to fix it on the main sky q box.
