Netflix subscription hacked
Logged on to my Netflix account that is part of my sky package to find it is now in Spanish with all my profiles changed to a random Spanish family 👌🏻 unable to change Netflix account. Seems to be a generic issue as sky have had a data breach. On top of that seems my sky bill is going up an extra £61 a month. Absolutely winning at life 😂 will be calling customer services to cancel after the bank holiday 👍🏻 happy Easter

Re: Netflix subscription hacked
There are a few previous threads with this Netflix issue whereby the advice is to contact Netflix direct.

Almost certainly not: Netflix gets 'hacked' either when someone who knows the credentials is tricked into using them to sign into a fake Netflix portal, or, more likely, just where the same email address and password has been used for a different service and leaked from there.
It's extremely unlikely that a company on the scale of Comcast or Netflix would have a data breach without reporting it as the financial penalties imposed by relevant regulators are severe.
I'd add that Sky has millions of subscribers on Netflix bundles, and compared to that the scale of reported account hijacking is tiny.
