We had a new Sky Q 2 TB box a few weeks ago. All worked fine initially. Last 2 weeks however whenever we watch recordings theybwill randomly freeze and then screen goes blue with a message Technical fault with this channel. Same message for all recordings then. Sometimes it says This programme is no longer available for all recordings. Only way to get it to work again is to switch off and back on. We have tried all three reboots. Spoke tonsimeone at Skybwho asked for a photo of where router was. I was then guided through settings to turn something off as he said the sky box was competing with router. That should have solved the issue. It hasn't. Its driving me nuts. Help please!
