At the moment I have the Sky Q UHD package which I felt was rather expensive as it included the Netflix premium package which was a little over the top for me as I live by myself and don't watch a lot on Netflix anyway. When I contacted Sky I changed my Netflix package to the basic package and also got rid of the UHD package which saved me £12 a month. What I would really like to know is that if I restart my UHD package can I stay with Netflix basic as I only want to pay £4 for the UHD package and not the extra for Netflix premium which I think is just too expensive. I would be grateful for any help or advice.

hi @Stuart9964
Since December 2023 Netflix charging has separated from the SKY add ons.
Adding the SKY UHD no longer increases the Netflix tier
To increase the Netflix tier - should you ever want to - you now need separate Netflix boost options :
Netflix (Base level) is the With Ads service - 2 Screens in HD (list cost £4)
Boost to Netflix Standard - 2 Screens in HD Ad free (list price an additional £6 thus £10 in total for Netflix)
Boost to Netflix Premium - 4 Screens up to UHD/HDR (list price an additional £11 thus £15 in total for Netflix)
P.S. When you pay via SKY, you still cannot, currently, add the 'extra member' add on for use by family members not in your physical household that is available for those paying directly to Netflix
