Netflix on My Sky is no longer my login
I have come back from holiday and the Netflix showing on my Sky TV is not my account

You will need to contact Netflix themselves for help with this and once you have then you then need to change the password on the Netflix account:
https://help.netflix.com/en/contactus
Don't let them tell you that this is a Sky issue because it is not.
