My Netflix account hasn't been reinstated after a suspension

I've got this issue to.
I have signed out from Netflix on the puk, even done a factory reset.
The option to link with sky comes up, I press on that, it then asks me to sign in or create account.
If I choose either sign in, or create account, the same thing happens.
Netflix says connecting to Sky.
After a short while, I get the message WE ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS YOUR REQUEST AT THE MOMENT PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER.
