Netflix not recognising devices

I pay for a Netflix premium account via Sky and now my two children can no longer get onto their accounts on their laptops. The error messaged says: your device isn't part of the Netflix household for this account"

 

does anyone know why?

If your children are trying to view outside the registered address then that will be the reason @Lkmi123
