Netflix not loading

New to Sky not impressed - Netflix issues day 1 looks like I'm not the only one - tried rebooting not worked - will start and then work for about 10 mins then stop either freeze completely or pictures freeze but you can still hear audio - when I go out and try to go back in it gets to 20 or 25% and freezes or crashes the whole tv - I think I'm still in my cooling off period and thinking of returning to previous provider as I never had all this trouble

Have you attempted refreshing the applications in the Hidden menu? To access the hidden menu, press the Home button and scroll down to Settings without selecting it. With Settings highlighted, press 0 0 1. Then, select Apps. Highlight and choose to refresh all apps on this box. A message will appear indicating that your apps are being refreshed, which will remain until you dismiss it to return to normal viewing. It is advisable to wait at least 5 minutes before proceeding. Please note that the refresh process may take up to 24 hours to complete.
