Hi.
Netflix doesn't work properly on my Sky Q box.
Sometimes it loads but mostly it doesn't; it just brings the loading screen up and the red loading circle just goes round and round. I've tried resetting my Sky box, witching off and on again, running another app and trying again but nothing works

Try reloading Netflix.
Provided you can get into Netflix go to the Left Hand Netflix menu.
Scroll down to the bottom and then scroll right to Get help.
Select Get help and on the next screen there is an option to reload Netflix.
