Netflix not available

Hi, just got Sky Q installed this morning.  All apps working OK but it's saying Netflix not available.  I've transferred my Netflix billing to Sky, through email links. I've refreshed the apps through the engineers link on settings and it's still saying unavailable.  Any help at all would be appreciated.  Many thanks.
