Netflix not allowing me on through sky

Says I have Netflix through sky account t but when I go to sign in Netflix are saying there is nothing on my sky email

Have you checked your Sky Q package on your Q box?

Home - My Sky (at the bottom of the home Menu).

Check if Netflix or Ultimate TV is shown in your package

One thing - your password for netflix is not your Sky password, is that what you were trying?
