We have Netflix through Sky and have been using it with no issues on other tvs and devices.
All of a sudden, our account turned to Spanish. We reset the password and logged in again, all fine. Gone on it again today and my profile name has changed and there are 4 other profiles with Spanish names and their profiles are all Spanish programmes.
We've logged out, reset password again but it's not letting us log in on our other devices now and is asking us to pay!
It's driving us mad! Help!

Which password did you change the Netflix password or your Sky password?
I assume you have changed your Netflix password and if so you need to contact Netflix directly as I don't think Sky can help you if that is the case.
You could of course resort to the"nuclear" option and cancel your existing Netflix membership via Sky but resubscribe later with a new Netflix susciption.
