My sky Q box won’t work

Hi, my sky Q box has suddenly stopped working the light is orange & remote is working but when I try to turn sky on it won't happen. My screen says check device power but it's Connected properly.

Hi @984B 

Looks like the message is coming from your TV set and not the Q box.

Check all your TVset connections and reboot your TV set.

Disconnect the power to your TV set and then reconnect it after 30 seconds.
