Netflix loggin me out

Keep getting logged out of Netflix. I've lost my account with the family profiles. I try to do reset password and it doesn't recognise  my email. Can’t get help through sky this evening, we have had this issue on and off for weeks. It's really frustrating as we ar paying more now. £10.50.

@LouJ76 it maybe you Netflix account has been hacked if thats  the case then you need to speak to Netflix about sorting this out

I've had a similar problem in the past with Netflix where my account was hacked. They deleted all of my profiles and replaced it with theirs. I managed to get access back and kicked them out. 

It's very frustrating. But Netflix are the people to contact with this, as your account is with them, and Sky can't do anything.

 

PS: if you use this email/password combination anywhere else, be diligent and change it wherever you can.
