Hi there: Netflix on my sky q keeps pausing automatically throughout various programmes which is a massive annoyance, can anyone advise how to resolve this

Hi @sirjim
Open Neflix and go to the left hand Netflix menu Scroll down to the bottom and then scroll right and select Get help.
On the next screen first check your Network and this will tell you the Broadband speed that the Q Netflix is receiving. See if it looks low.
Also on the same screen there is an option to Reload Netflix. You could try this to see if it helps

Mine too... and to be clear - it is not buffering - it just pauses. And I have to press the button twice, and it starts working normally... but happens again a few minutes later
