Netflix issues

A couple of random Netflix issue have arisen for me:

Firstly a basic one my profile switching options have gone from the sky q on demand area, I've previously reset the sky box and router and it's still the same - any ideas? 

 

The second one is a bit weirder :

Whislt in the Netflix app searching for something to watch, when it just started to play another program randomly on several occasions each time I backed out of it and continued in my search it started again this happened for 5 maybe 6 times, now the program in question was Lupin whuchbus one the missis watches  and I can't confirm. This as she's fast on atm but I think it's because she was trying to watch it on the mini box upstairs and for whatever reason it was playing on the main box downstairs overriding what I was doing? 🤷🤯

An update which makes the Lupin quirk more quirky is that the missis was watching it on her phone via the Netflix app? 🤷
