Netflix is included in my package but stopped working and asking for payment ?

Why is my netflix saying it wants payment when its included with my sky package ?

Hi @Jodiemark 

If it is in your Sky package then it would seem that it hasn't been activated correctly.

Check in your Q box main Home menu.

Scroll down to the bottom and select My Sky.

You can then see what packages are included in your account.
