Netflix freezing

Netflix freezing on Sky Q mini. Same issue was posted by another user and there was no answer given:

Netflix on Sky Q box regularly freezes frequently but randomly (to be clear - not a crash, just requires pressing pause twice to restart the playback) - this is quite new behaviour but no obvious change. Netflix network speed reports 140Mb, so not a bandwidth issue. I have power cycled the sky q box, and reset settings on the box to force netflix app reinstall, neither with any effect. Any further ideas?

Edit to the above - We have tried to send an invite to chat but the request isn't going through. Can you please ensure you have not disabled inbox messages as this would block the invite from reaching you.
