Netflix expiring

Hi guys,

my free 6 months of Netflix that I received when I changed to SkyQ is due to expire next week and I'm having trouble finding out what happens with the billing.

I previously had Netflix but used gift vouchers to credit the account before the monthly payment was taken.

Do I need to put some credit on the account or will the monthly fee be added to my Sky bill?

Is it better to just cancel the subscription for a couple of weeks and reactivate through Netflix

I find all the FAQs on the help page just takes me round in circles

Any info would be appreciated,

Si

This.   But as you have to give 31 days notice then you will be charged...

@PandJ2020 Thanks for reading and replying.

This is where my confusion stems from because my next three future bills are the same as my last three.

I would've expected if I was going to be charged for Netflix the bill would go up to include the monthly subscription fee.

Re: Netflix expiring

I've recieved a email saying that Netflix has expired and to click on to set up a payment of £1.75 for Netflix is this authentication
