Netflix error code DSU_508

Just got Sky after leaving a whole back Never had a NETFLIX Account Link from Sky does not work Trying to sign y in,says you already have premium NETFLIX in your package However cannot watch at all, Rang NETFLIX who say it's SKYS ISSUE Rang Sky on numerous who cannot resolve the issue Going round in circles Was told by SKY on the phone that they can't help and if I want NETFLIX then I might have to go to them direct and pay. That iscNOT what I signed up for

Unplug your Sky Q box from the mains and wait 30 seconds. Unplug all cables and your viewing card. Plug it all back in and go through the boot up process. If this doesn't work you may need to call for a refresh signal. 150 if you have Sky Mobile or Talk or the number under "Need more help" on this page - Sky Help | Sky.com
