Netflix downloads

Upgraded with sky today to enable Netflix to be used on two tablets at the same time as well as downloads but doesn't work.

Hi @LaurenZurawlew 

Netflix is a Streaming App so you cannot download content only stream it.

If you have just taken Netflix with Sky have you Activated it as per the following link?

You can download Netflix shows on a phone or tablet using the mobile/tablet app, but only stream on Sky Q or TV app.
