I have Netflix but would like to downgrade to basic for 1 screen only - how do I do this please?

If you pay through SKY then the levels are based on what SKY add ons you have:

Netflix Basic plan (1 screen + SD) as standard
Netflix Standard (2 screens + HD) with the SKY HD pack
Netflix Premium (4 screens + UHD/HDR) with the SKY Ultra HD pack (requires the HD pack first)
So to reduce Netflix level you need to cancel the SKY add on - which will of course affect SKY viewing also
BTW To cancel an add on you will need to call SKY
