Netflix does not recognise email

I have followed all the steps through sky and I can't log in to netflix on any device. The sky box is signed in. Netflix is trying to make me pay to open an account when I enter my email on any other device as it says my email is not working. I previously spoke to someone from sky around 3/4 weeks ago and the problem still hadn't been fixed.

Of course. This is why I am having the problem as no one seems to be able to log me in or confirm a password for me  Its annoying as one of the reasons for getting sky TV was it included netflix, Yet I can not watch it on any device apart from the sky box.

Try clearing all browsers cookies, cache & history. If using an app then reset or delete it then restart the device.
Do the devices have any antivirus, adblocker or VPN installed?
