Netflix constantly buffing tried engineers code not working

Netflix app not working constantly  buffering have tried to refresh app using engineer code still now working

Hi @Geordieboy62 

Open the Netflix App on your Q box and go to the left hand menu.

Scroll down and select Get help near the bottom of the menu.

On the next screen there is an option to Check your Network.

Select this and see what Network connection speed you are receiving
