Netflix and all other apps missing

I have just taken out Netflix through my account on Sky Q box. When I goto apps there are no apps there at all apart from peacock. When I goto on demand then Netflix it comes up sorry, there are currently no programmes of this type available. 

I have made sure my box is at the latest software and also tried refreshing apps doing the 001 on stetting and nothing is working. 

is there anything else that would work?

Hi @Jamie198 

Try refreshing the Apps again.

It can take up 24hrs to refresh Apps.

Regarding Netflix;  have you activated your Sky Netflix?

I have refreshed again so will give it 24 hours. Regarding activating it. I signed up for £6 a month but can't go on it through sky as no app or programme's showing

You could try a simple reboot now after the last refresh Apps @Jamie198 

To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.
Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your Sky Q remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the Q box (Amber led)

note: some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.
