have small sky q box in a bedroom & the main largebox in the living room. Are these interchangeable?

I have a small sky q box in a bedroom and a large sk q box, (not far from the router), in the living room. Are these two boxes interchangeable? Thanks!

Afraid not @PETER+K+WARD 

Main reason is that the Large Sky Q box in the living room has the twin cables from the Satellite dish.

These must go into the main Q box and not the mini boxes.
