Netflix and Prime

Is anyone else having trouble with Netflix and Prime videos playing through the Sky Q box? It works using my t.v app. Also, anyone else having trouble with sound on YouTube?

The videos won't play. It also happens on Disney plus

We are experiencing exactly the same, press Prime through sky Q and it loads but then freezes on home screen and Netflix loads and enables me to scroll but then kicks me out after 3 minutes. Any ideas? Works through TV and fire stick?

No answers as of yet, also been having trouble with you tube for months. It's been escalated but no answers!
