Whenever I go to use Netflix or Disney it stays on for about 5 seconds and then crashes out to the skyq menu, been like this a while now, does anyone have any idea how I can fix it?

Hi @Kelly2301 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?

I'll re-escalate. IP privacy blockers on safari can apparently prevent the chat bubble from appearing so try using another browser to view the forum for the next couple of days. It should send you a private message too I believe.
