Netflix Too Many Users Signed In

Hi, have been using Netflix through Sky for a good while without issue, although bizarrely it seems to default to Spanish.

However, I've gone to watch it this evening and it says too many users are logged in and to sign out of one of the two devices listed.

We are not logged in anywhere else and do not recognise the listed devices.

can anyone else help please?

however, I use Netflix via the apps on sky and pay for Netflix through sky so I don't log onto Netflix itself.

 

I don't recognise the accounts it's telling me are signed in...

Even though you pay through SKY & generally login via SKY Q - the same advice holds true

Hi @foreverayellow 

You can still sign into your Sky Netflix account on the Netflix website .

Then use the link to sign out of all devices.

@foreverayellow -This is happening to me, too. It sudently appeared with theSpanish language set up and  uneble to watch any Netfkix program as it says  Many users signed in. This is bizarre since I'm the only person using the account.

@foreverayellow Sounds like your Netflix Account has been hacked. You need to change the password.

That's the classic symptom of your Netflix account being hacked! You need to log into your account via an internet browser and change your password

In the spirit of 3's...it does indeed seem that your Netflix Account has been jeopardised and suggest that you change your password 👍
