I should have a 2 screen limit with Netflix Ultimate TV add on, but only ever permission to have a single instance. IMG_0114.png

@Mr+leonard if you pay Sky for Netflix and you have made no changes since December to your account then you will still be on the old Netlix subscription which were as follows

Netfix ultimate                                                                     gives you 1 screen

Netflix Ultimate and HD subscription                        gives you 2 screens

Netfix Utimate and HD and UHD subscriptions    gives you 4 screens

if you have changed your subscriptions since December the the following apply

Ultimate Package includes
Netflix Standard with Ads in HD
Watch on 2 devices.

upgrade Boost to Netflix Standard (No Ads). HD
cost £10
Watch on 2 devices

upgrade Boost to Netflix Premium UHD
cost £15
Watch on 4 devices

I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Sky Q 2 TB (Silver)Box, 2 Mini boxes since June 2016, all connected by wifi
Sky Broadband Hub/SR203, Sky Ultrafast broadband
Ultimate on Demand, Q Experience/UHD, Sky Sports, Sky Cinema
LG 49SJ 810 V UHD TV, Google Pixel 7 Pro mobile

Do you have a HD subscription?

Did you change your subs recently?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own

Re: Netflix Screen Limit

I just renewed my sky contract and  pay for boost and only getting screen limit error when I try to use 2 screens,  When I look at my Netflix account it says Basic, so I am guessing Sky ave not properly upgraded me with Netflix.  Any idea how I get solved with Sky?

Re: Netflix Screen Limit

Hopefully someone can help on this thread - my bill says ultimate tv add on and this is apparently Netflix - £8 is cost. How many screens can be logged in with this package. The reason for question is I keep getting logged out due to too many screens but have had no problems until last few weeks
